Our Mission

Our program for Returning Citizens is multi- faceted. It supports people being released from jail and prison as they transition back into the community.

Our Mission is to connect returning citizens to needed supportive assistance and help them successfully adjust to living back in their community.

Program Details

Returning citizens meet regularly with an outreach worker to create an individualized case plan for their future.

We will be responsible for connecting them and helping them with the following: employment, housing, family relations, personal needs, and spiritual needs.

This will be done through talents of our communities diverse group of volunteers.
